(a) whether the Government have contemplated to take up some Developmental Projects and Schemes with the
Non-lapseable Central Pool resources so as to help facilitate the all round growth and development within the
Bodoland territory;
(b) if so, the action taken so far in this regard;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether the Government have proposals to announce a concrete master-plan fot the growth and development of
the most backward, neglected and overall discriminated against the Bodoland Territory;
(e) if so, the action taken so far in this regard; and
(f) if not, the reasons therefor?
