Question : GRANT FOR HARIKRISHNA MAHTAB LIBRARY

(a) whether the Government of Orissa has requested the Ministry of Culture to provide additional fund for the upgradation of Harikrishna Mahtab Library at Bhubaneswar;

(b) if so, the details of the upgradation plan submitted by the State Government; and

(c) the steps taken to sanction fund for the same?

(a) No sir, No such request either from the library or from the Government of Orissa has been received to sanction the grant in favour of Harikrishna Mahtab Library, Bhubaneswar.
