(a) whether there is shortage of phosphatic fertilizers in several States;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the action taken thereon;
(c) whether certain States including Kerala has drawn the attention
of the Union Government about the scarcity;and
(d) if so, the action taken by the Union Government in this regard?
