Question : Relaxation in Forest Rules

(a) whether the Government has received any request seeking relaxation of wild life sanctuary rules for construction of road in Pulicat Lake especially in Wakadu in Sulluripeta and Tada Mandal of SPSR Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has any proposal to relax Forest Rules regarding formation of outer ring road in Tirupati town area to reach the holy temple of Tirumala; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a)& (b)No such proposals have been received for construction of roads in Pulicat Bird Sanctuary duly relaxing the conditions under Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.

(c) No such proposals have been received for construction of outer ring road in Tirupathi Town to reach the Holy Temple of Tirumala by relaxing Forest Rules.

(d) Does not arise.
