(a) whether with a view to facilitate the passengers the work of installation and operation of new indicator at Thane Station in the Central Railway has been contracted out to a private company by the Railway administration;
(b) if so, the number of years for which this contract has been awarded;
(c) whether any survey has been conducted by the Central Railway administration regarding the extent to which passengers are being benefited since the work of operating the indicator system has been assigned to the private company; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
