Question : CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

(a) whether the Government has made it mandatory for every company to have a corporate social policy;

(b) if so, the checks that have been instituted to see that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is being honoured; and

(c) the manner in which the Government is encouraging corporate social responsibility among industries?
