(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. During the 18th SAARC Summit held in Kathmandu, Nepal from 26th to 27th November 2014 and in the earlier SAARC meetings held in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 19-20 June, 2013 and in New Delhi on 30th September, 2014, discussions took place on the SAARC Regional Rail Agreement to boost connectivity in the SAARC region.
