(a) the number of housing units proposed to be built in Odisha including Kalahandi under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) after the launch of thescheme along with the other details thereof;
(b) the budget allocated for the same;
(c) whether the amount released by the Government has been fully utilised; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b) Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana ( Urban ) [ PMAY(U) ], a total of 1,54,021 houses ( including 3693 houses in Kalahandi ) involving central assistance of Rs. 2,409.37 crore have been sanctioned for the beneficiaries in the State of Odisha since the launch of the scheme.
(c) & (d) Central assistance of Rs. 1,073.38 crorehas been released(including Rs. 263.62 crore in the current financial year) to State Government. The State Government has so farsubmitted utilization certificates (UCs) for Rs. 808.65 crore which is 75% of the central assistance released. UCs for the central assistance released in current financial year are yet to become due for submission.
