(a) the total number of Health and Wellness Centres set up in the State of Andhra Pradesh under the National Urban Health Mission for the year 2021-22;
(b) the total number of children getting full immunization in Urban Health Centres under the NUHM for the state of Andhra Pradesh for the year 2021-22; and
(c) the number of vacancies in Urban Health Centres under the NUHM for the state of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2021-22?

(a) The Ministry has provided assistance to State Government of Andhra Pradesh to establish a total of 110 Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs) under National Urban Health Mission(NUHM) during 2021-22.
(b) As per information provided by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh around 1.38,590 children have been fully immunised during 2021 – 22.
(c) As informed by State Government of Andhra Pradesh all the posts are filled up in Urban Health Centres.
