(a) the quantum of funds released to Sonepat in Haryana and Darbhanga in Bihar under various schemes of this Ministry, scheme-wise;
(b) whether the funds released have been utilized under the respective schemes;
(c) if so, the details of the schemes under which the work has been completed or is near completion; and
(d) the details of the works pending along with the reasons therefor?

(a) to (d): The schemes of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting are Central Sector Schemes which aim at mass communication of the policies and programmes of the Government as well as entertainment and education. The benefits of such schemes/programmes/activities uniformly flow to the entire population. No funds of this Ministry are released to any State Government/District for implementing any Central Sector Scheme.
