(a) the total number of private companies who were given contracts for modernisation of streets and roads during the Commonwealth Games, 2010 in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi;
(b) whether these contracts had led to huge losses to the exchequer; and
(c) if so, the action taken in this regard?
