(a) the details of National Highways (NHs) in the State of Rajasthan, district-wise including Sikar and Bharatpur districts;
(b) whether the Government proposes to convert some State Highways (SHs) in the State including the aforesaid districts into NHs and if so, the details thereof;
(c ) whether the Government proposes to convert Kotputli-Nagaur road via Sikar stretch in the State into NH; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) The district wise details including Sikar and Bharatpur districts in terms of length of National Highways (NHs) in the State of Rajasthan are placed at Annexure.
(b) to (d) The Ministry keeps on receiving proposals from various State Governments/Union Territories (UTs) for declaration of State roads including State Highways (SHs) as new National Highways (NHs). The Ministry considers declaration of some State roads as
new NHs from time to time based on requirement of connectivity, inter-se priority and availability of funds.
