(a) whether a Special Audit was conducted in regard to financial and administrative irregularities in ICAR;
(b) if so, whether the report in respect of the said Audit has been submitted;
(c) if so, the officers found guilty/responsible and the action taken against them; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?
