These projects are being progressed as per the availability of resources, keeping in view their
operational priority and handing over of the required land by the Government of Kerala.
(c): In order to expedite projects, a number of initiatives have been taken for
generating additional resources through Public Private Partnership, Cost Sharing by State
Governments, Funding from Ministry of Defence and through Ministry of Finance for National
Projects. Funds have also been allocated through internal resources generation to expedite
completion. Government of Kerala is also being pursued to expedite handing over of the land
required for ongoing projects.
