(a) whether there is any centrally sponsored scheme with regard to sports activities being implemented in Jharkhand;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the funds allocated under this scheme during the last two years and the funds proposed to be allocated during the Ninth Five Year Plan.?

(a to c): There is no separate scheme for implementation of sports activities in Jharkhand. The Central Government extends assistance to States on the basis of project proposals received from State Government on sharing basis.
