Question : Earning from Petroleum Products

(a) whether it is true that the Government has earned Rs. 4.55 lakh crores on petrol, diesel and other petroleum products during 2020-21 compared to Rs. 3.34 lakh crores during 2019-20;
(b) if so, the detailed break-up of the earnings from petrol, diesel and other products;
(c) the details of the estimated contribution and earnings of petroleum sector to Central exchequer during the year 2021-22; and
(d) the earnings of the Government from States through collection of taxes during the last five years and the current year, year and State-wise?
