Question : Effect of LPG Prices on Urea

Will the Minister of CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS be pleased to state:

(a) whether the increase or decrease in the prices of domestic LPG also affects the cost of Urea fertilizer;

(b) whether the prices of Urea will also be decreased as the prices of LPG have come down recently so that farmers get relief and if so, the details thereof; and

(c) if not, the reasons therefor?
