(a) whether the Government of Madhya Pradesh has sought financial assistance for
construction of godowns under the Grid Godown Scheme;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which the financial assistance is likely to be provided in this regard?

(a) & (b) : Government of Madhya Pradesh has sought financial assistance of Rs.497.23 lakhs
for constructions of 24 godowns under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) for construction of
godowns for strengthening of the PDS infrastructure in the State.
(c) The scheme will be considered for sanction after the State Government submits
utilisation certificate in respect of similar assistance sanctioned in earlier years as per
the prescribed guidelines.
