(a) whether the Siddha Community has been included in the list of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in Rajasthan but despite fulfilling all the criteria, the same has not been included in the central list;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the State Government of Rajasthan has forwarded a proposal to include Siddha community in the central list of OBCs; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): Yes Sir. ‘Sidhh’ caste/community is included in the State List of Backward Classes in the Rajasthan. As per provisions Section 9 of the National Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993, the NCBC had examined the request for inclusion of “Siddh” community in the Central List of OBCs for the State of Rajasthan and did not accept the same vide Advice No. Rajasthan 61/2001 dated 11.06.2001.
