Question : FCI Granaries Overflowing

(a) whether the FCI granaries are overflowing and stock may get damaged, if not, relocated soon;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the procurement of wheat and rice in the central pool is increasing over the years;

(d) if so, the details thereof and Government’s reaction thereto; and

(e) the details of foodgrains donated during the last five years?
