(a) whether the Government has taken a decision to privatize Ordnance Factories of the country and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether ordnance factory present at Trichy, Tamil Nadu will be privatized and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether in the recruitment of Group B&C technical and non-technical posts by Avadi Heavy Vehicle factory, Tamil Nadu is done with the help of regional employment exchanges in order to attract eligible candidates belonging to State of Tamil Nadu and are given first preference over candidates from States in the process of recruitment;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the number and percentage of candidates from the State of Tamil Nadu selected by Heavy Vehicle Factory, Avadi, Tamil Nadu out of total recruitments happened in the past ten years, category-wise; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?
