(a) the details of the funds made available by the
different States during the last three years, year-wise
and State-wise;
(b) whether all the State Governments are providing their
share of 25 per cent for the implementation of Sarva
Shiksha Abhiyan;
(c) if not, the details thereof alongwith the action taken
against such States, State-wise; and
(d) steps taken/proposed to be taken to ensure that the
contribution of each State is made to the Sarva Shiksha
Abhiyan?

(a) to (d): Presently all States except Kerala,
Arunachal Pradesh, Delhi, Mizoram and Manipur are upto
date with their State share releases due till 31.3.2005
under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. The Central Government
has not released the second installment of funds for 2005
–2006 under SSA to these States.
The contributions received from the States during
the last three years is at Annexure –I.
