(b) whether the Government proposes to open new post circles and new post divisions in the country; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a) The total number of Postal Circles created in last three years is one. The total number of Postal Divisions created in last three years is 5. The details of these Postal Circles and Postal Divisions are given below:
