(a) whether it has come to his notice that some
Government Technical Colleges in the country including
the Capital of the country are not implementing Section
39 of the Persons with Disability (Equal Opportunities
Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995;
(b) if so, the details in this regard; and
(c) the steps taken/proposed to be taken by the
Government in this matter?

(a) to (c) : All Government Technical Colleges are
required to follow reservation policies of the
Government. The All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE) or the Ministry of Human Resource
Development does not maintain micro details of the
reservation made under various categories in the
Technical Colleges since admissions are made by the
Institutions as per the prescribed norms.
