(a)to(c): Yes Sir, under the Valmiki Ambedkar Awas Yojana
(VAMBAY), which is a Centrally Sponsored, demand driven, Scheme
to facilitate construction and upgradation of dwelling units for
the urban slum dwellers and to provide healthy and enabling
urban environment through community toilets, Government of India
subsidy of Rs.7051.80 Lakh has been released for construction of
11447 dwelling units and 18088 toilet seats in Mumbai city since
the inception of the VAMBAY scheme with effect from 2nd December
2001.
