(a) the number of proposals received by the Government under Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) during the last three years and the current year, State-wise including Madhya Pradesh;
(b) the number of proposals cleared and pending out of the above; and
(c) the time by which approval is likely to be accorded to the pending proposals, State-wise?

(a) to (c) A statement indicating number of proposals received and cleared during the last three years and current year, state-wise including Madhya Pradesh under DDRS is at Annexure.
All complete proposals which fulfill the norms of the scheme, received during a financial year, are normally processed in the year itself, subject to availability of funds. However, in case of deficiency in documents, etc. the proposals is processed and grant is released only after rectification of the deficiency. Such proposals are then considered in the subsequent years in consonance with the provisions of General Financial Rules.
