(a) & (b) No, Sir. The Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) for
“Critical anti erosion works in coastal other than Ganga
Basin States†costing Rs. 20.64 crore was sanctioned in 2003-
04 and has been transferred to state sector since 2005-06 as
a part of review of CSS in light of National Common Minimum
Programme mandate.
