(a) the number of Central services which operate in online mode along with the details thereof;
(b) the total e-transactions carried out by the said online services along with the details thereof till date;
(c) whether complaints have been received/certain shortcomings have been found regarding the operation of the said online services; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
(a) and (b): The total Central services which operate in online mode are 241 and total number of e-Transactions carried out by these online services for about last one year are more than 7.95 crores. The details of online services and their transactions are given at Annexure-I.
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has developed eTaal (Electronic Transaction Aggregation and Analysis Layer), an electronic dashboard, which provides overall view of e-Services being delivered across the country under various e-Governance applications implemented, including Mission Mode Projects. eTaal portal can be accessed at http://etaal.gov.in.
(c): No complaint has been received in MeitY.
(d): Does not arise.
