(a) the criteria adopted for allocation and utilisation of funds under the Panchayat Yuva Krida Aur Khel Abhiyan (PYKKA) scheme;
(b) whether any Committee has been constituted in different districts of the country to monitor/oversee the utilization of the sanctioned funds for schools and colleges;
(c) if so, whether any criteria/norms have been fixed for formation of the said Committee/other Committee for the said purpose; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) Funds were allotted under PYKKA Scheme on the basis of complete proposal received from States/UTs as per approved funding pattern given at Annexure I. However PYKKA Scheme has since been revised and named Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan (RGKA) under which it is proposed to construct a sports complex in each block of the country, both for outdoor and indoor sports disciplines.
(b) to (d) No Madam. Under PYKKA Scheme funds are released to State Governments only and not to School/Colleges.
