Question : Infrastructure Development along Border

(a) whether infrastructure development on the border continues to be delayed despite growing tensions with China due to unresolved boundaries and differing perceptions;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether many road projects in the areas bordering China continue to be delayed; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
