Question : INTRODUCTION OF MCC AMENDMENT BILLS

to the reply given to Unstarred Question No. 383 dated March 2, 2005 regarding Introduction of MCC Amendment Bills and state:

(a) whether the Government has finalized the proposal to amend the Indian Medical Central Council Act 1970 and Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973; and

(b) if so, the time by which the said proposal is likely to be brought before Parliament?

(a) & (b) The Bills regarding the Amendment of Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970 and Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973 have already been introduced in the Rajya Sabha on 23-3-2005.
