(a), (b) & (c):- The Central Vigilance Commission has reported that it does not suo-moto suggest action against any official. However, the Commission tenders appropriate advice to the banks on action, proposed to be taken against their officials as a result of investigation carried out by the banks or the Central Bureau of Investigation.
