(a) to (d): Release of Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) funds by Central Ministries / Departments to the States including Government of Bihar is a continuous process. Monitoring of Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) has been mandated to MoTA since 2017. Funds released by Central Ministries / Departments during 2017-18 and 2018-19 to the Government of Bihar is at Annexure 1. Statement showing details of funds released to Government of Bihar and utilization reported by the State Government under the schemes of Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) during 2015-16 to 2018-19 is at Annexure 2. The State Government has not communicated the reasons for non-utilization of funds released by MoTA.
