(a) whether the Government is considering on implementing ranking system or such similar tool to check the various methods of corruption in the Government departments;
(b) if so, the time by which it is likely to be implemented; and
(c) the other improvements likely to be made through such system?

(a) to (c): No Madam, no such proposal is under consideration at the level of Government of India. However, the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has launched the Integrity Index Project as a tool of Preventive Vigilance.
In the first phase, 25 organizations (Annexure-I) including Public Sector Undertakings / Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions / Departments / Ministries of Government of India have been selected for development of the Integrity Index.
The objective of Integrity Index Project is to help identify scope for improvement and to focus on and nurture transparency in organizational processes.
