(a) the total number of cases being investigated by CBI in Bihar during the last three years alongwith the details thereof; and
(b) the number of cases where investigation has been completed and the number of cases still under investigation alongwith the
details thereof?

(a) & (b): So far as CBI in concerned, it has registered total 97 cases relating to the State of Bihar during the last 3(three) years i.e.
2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 (upto 29.02.2012). Out of these, investigations have been completed in 73 cases and the remaining 24 cases are still
under investigation. The details of these cases are mentioned at Annexure.
