MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (SHRI K.VENKAT APATHY)
(a),(b) and (c) Various legislations passed by Parliament fall within the
administrative purview of different Ministries/Departments. The Ministry of Law and Justice
is not the Nodal Ministry to decide about implementation of all the legislations enacted by
Parliament. A Ministry/Department concerned with a particular conditional legislation takes a
decision about its implementation keeping in view the relevant facts and circumstances. It is
not possible to indicate a specific time period for their implementation.
