(a) whether the Ministry has any plans of starting passenger trains on the line between Motumari and Vishnupuram in Telangana;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(c) the reasons due to which passenger trains on this line have not been started yet?

(a) to (c) Motumari-Vishnupuram section is not fit for passenger train operations. As such, introduction of passenger train services on the section is not operationally feasible.
