(a) whether the Government has formulated any cultural policy to preserve the cultural heritage of the country;

(a) to (b): While, there is no separate policy, the government works to promote the composite culture in the country and to preserve all forms of art and culture through its organizations and schemes.
(c) & (d): The Ministry of Culture takes regular steps to spread awareness about the cultural heritage of India and its values. These activities are carried out through attached / subordinate and autonomous organizations of the Ministry.
