Question : PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES

(a) whether the Government proposes to give impetus to the private sector for the construction of houses for the financially backward classes, if so, the details thereof;

(b) the number of housing projects likely to be executed under this proposal and the funds allocated for the purpose; and

(c) the time by which this is likely to be completed?
