(a) whether Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) is being introduced across the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the cash incentive provided to the eligible beneficiaries in the rural and urban areas; and
(c) the amount allocated to the said scheme during the last three years, year-wise and the number of persons who have benefited from it?

(a): Yes, Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) is being implemented all over the country.
(b): The details of the financial assistance given to the eligible beneficiaries in rural and urban areas is as follows:
