(a) the details of the schemes funded through National Handicapped Welfare Fund, the deployment thereof and the utilization by the respective States during the last three years; and
(b) the number of sectors provided for creation of services for the handicapped, for prevention, early detection of disabilities, education, training, physical and economic rehabilitation of disabled persons during the last two years, State-wise?
