(a) Whether in a bid to check over-invoicing of exports and
revenue leakage, the Government are planning to impose value
caps on DEPB credit for all types of products;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether a large number of such cases came to the notice
of the Government during the last one year; and
(d) if so, the details of such cases and the action taken
thereon?
