(a) & (b) Yes Sir. Under the Gramin Krishi Mausam Sewa (GKMS) scheme, India Meteorological Department (IMD) is in the process of installing 200 additional Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) in 200 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), selected for establishment of District Agro-Met Units (DAMUs). The details ofthese200 KVKs are given in Annexure.
