(a) the targets fixed and achievements made under the welfare schemes for minorities being implemented by Government in the country during each of the last three years and the current year, scheme-wise and State-wise; and
(b) the number of persons belonging to minority communities benefited under these schemes during the said period, State-wise?

(a& b) The targets fixed and, achievements made and the number of beneficiaries under the welfare schemes for the six notified minorities implemented by this Ministry in the country during the last three years and the current year, scheme-wise and state-wise are placed at Annexures I to V. Further, under the Scheme of Multi-Sectoral Development Programme (MsDP), assets are created for the welfare of the community as a whole expect for the housing project and solar lantern which are for individual. Houses under Indira AwasYojana for 336136 persons and solar lanterns l for 30314 persons respectively have been sanctioned.
