(a) whether the Government is preparedto transfer land of Indu Mill forconstructing Dr. BabasahebAmbedkarSmarak;
(b) if so, the details in this regard;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and

(a) to (d): Terms of transfer of land of Indu Mill for constructing Dr. Babasaheb AmbedkarSmarak was referred to Government of Maharashtra. On receipt of their acceptance of the conditions, it has been sent to Ministry of Law and Justice for advise relating to amending the Nationalization Act of NTC for the purpose. At this stage, no time lines can be given for finalization of the proposal.
