(a) whether the Government has any scheme to allot Haj quota to all the Members of Parliament;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the date from which this scheme is being implemented; and
(c) if not, whether the Government proposes to fix a quota of at least 10 Haj pilgrims to a Member of Parliament and if so, the details thereof?
