MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (SHRI CH. VIDYASAGAR RAO)

(a)to(d): The Government has been following a multi-faceted approach in dealing with terrorism in J&K. One of the prongs of the strategy is remaining open to dialogue with any individual/group within J&K who eschew the path of violence. No militant/terrorist group has eschewed the path of violence to come forward for such a dialogue.
