(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government have received any complaint regarding irregularities committed in the finalisation of tenders; and

(a) & (b): There is no Material Management section in this Ministry. However, PSUs (Public Sectors Undertaking) under this Ministry invite tenders. The details of recently invited tenders are enclosed in the Annexure
(c) Tenders are under evaluation and no complaint regarding irregularities committed in the finalisation of tender has been received.
(d) Does not arise in view of (c) above.
