(a) the details of the revenue earned by the Government through aviation sector during the last three years and the current year;
(b) whether the revenue earned by the Government during the said period is not at par with the growth registered by the aviation sector; and
(c) if so, the reformative measures taken or being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a): The revenue earned by Government from the aviation sector in the form of Direct Tax from year 2010-11 to 2012-13 and Service Tax from Year 2011-12 to 2013-14 is at Annexure-I
(b) to (e): The Civil Aviation Sector in India has been growing steadily during the last 20 years, and had regi- stered a growth of more than 16% during the period 2004-05 to 2011-12. From the information furnished at annexure, it may be seen that the revenue earned by Government is at par with the growth registered in the sector.
