Question : SUPPLY OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS TO DMS

(a) whether Kendriya Bhandar had supplied fire extinguishers worth iakhs of rupees to Delhi Milk Scheme (DMS) last year;

(b) whether majority of the said extinguishers were found empty;

(c) if so the details and facts thereof; and

(d) the action taken by the Government in this regard including blacklisting the Kendriya Bhandar?
